apparently but not surprisingly many of these guys are big donors to the democratic party.

this has been a hot growth area for surgeons. someone I know cashed out of his prestigious (& lucrative, like 150k per month) practice in houston heart center to setup a vascular clinic treating varicose veins etc..apparently the money has been good since 10 yrs or so
