Yeah right! it is beneficial to fake farmers like you who lease/rent their farms, but for those who are true farmers that toil day in and day out in their farms, it is not.

I was suggesting that she doesn't need to toil like that. She can move to Anantapur, buy land for cheap, build a big house and a car and enjoy life (and visit doctors in Bengaluru for hypertension, obesity and type 2 diabetes so that she can boast to her relatives who are still toiling near Tulluru about the MRI, CT and PET scans, etc.).  :-)

Apparently, several people from the capital zone in Guntur dist already sold their lands and are moving to areas outside (Chebrole, Kolluru, Repalle, Ponnur, etc., where the lands are cheaper but more fertile).
