Naidu has to deal with enemies inside (Jagan and his cronies) and outside (KCR, Jaya, Patnaik & Mamata - they are putting a lot of pressure on Modi not to help AP). Given that, CBN is doing the best he can. It is interesting that TN and WB (which benefited from development with central assistance for decades) are the ones trying hard to stop AP.

None of these will be able to stop AP.  You just have to wait and see.
