Just imagine crores of people from one corner to the other, from Kerala to Bengal, from Himachal Pradesh to Sindh, from Odisha to Khandahar, from Rangoon to Mumaba Devi's abode, from Chidambaram to Mt Kailash, from Sri Sailam to Gangotri, from Rameswaram to Kaasi, from Bali to Bangkok, from Cambodia to Rajasthan, all across the sub-continent and beyond celebrating Shivaraatri!

That was how it was.

Who are Sikularists to destroy all that! :-)
