Ban Quran and Internet

It is no secret that internet enabled Islamic terrorists/terrorist organizations to reach out to distant places like never before to propagate their ideology with ease, to communicate; And plenty of evidence is available about ISIS's clever use of internet medium to recruit and how they have inspired attacks by uploading violent videos. Many terrorists were also helped by (the information available on) internet to make bombs and other explosive materials. Given all this banning both internet and Quran should eliminate Islamic terrorism altogether.

Internet wasn't available before the 90s. So you think the problems started only after the invent of the internet?

Get to the root of the problem and try to deal with that.
