I'm surprised that paranoid schizophrenia suffering NRI patriots have no comments given how ISIS set its eyes on India and how many young kids from the west slipped through Turkey (which has e-visa or no visa requirements for several countries) into Syria.

Your Jehadi friends who want to enter India simply walk over the border in J & K or NE.

They dont fly in and get caught. With 5th and 6th column inside India ready to help them they can simply cross into India on bicycles.

I am living in a cave. Can we fly to india and get a visa on arrival? how does that work? What kind of paper work prior to getting on the plane is required? what kind of documents required?

No documents are needed; very simple requirements, you should be willing to spend a couple of thousand dollars and if you are a woman, should be OKAY with getting raped.
