Do some basic conjuring tricks and tell people that you're God - they'll open up their checkbooks and you'll soon have assets of Rs 40,000 crores.

Option bets on highflying stocks during earnings season. Read Stocktwits.com and other financial websites, make a list of high fliers. For example - GMCR, TZOO, OPEN, PCLN, etc. Find more such names and have a list of about 15-20.
Follow the action in such stocks a week or two before earnings every quarter and make your bets - out of the money options either long side or short side. If you are lucky, you will have more winners than losers and make money each quarter.

As an example - a $300 investment in GMCR would have given a $800 profit. ($65 calls at $3 each. GMCR was trading at 64 the day of earnings. After earnings, it popped to 77).
Another highflier is VHC. It is in the low 20s now, and technical traders project it to go as high as 38-40. It has earnings coming soon.

I welcome others to add more high flying stocks' names to the list. Just trade them every quarter and we all could make some money!

u cannot make lots of money following the law Exclamation

maybe you can work around the laws but again thats not ethical (albeit not illegal)

Testing my theory, I made a small bet today.

Visa (V) announces earnings after close today. Hoping for a good earnings report and a pop to mid 80's, I bought 1 May $80 call for a total cost of $140.
If Visa pops to say 85, I will make about $400.
If Visa lays a turd and sinks, I will lose $140.

I think you should send your bank account details to the deposed dictator of Namipua and wait to receive 15% of his family fortune. That's probably your best bet at getting rich quickly.

Okay, Visa is tanking After hours and unless a short squeeze or some miracle happens before options expiry, my $140 is gone. I will try my luck with some other stock.
