i'm very fat now Empty i'm very fat now

and will go a plan to lose weight starting at midnight. watch this space for updates.
current weight with clothes on: 133 pounds
goal weight with clothes on: 115 pounds
plan: nothing artificial, cooked stuff, fruits and nuts
penalty: utter and total shame
incentives: approximately 10 new bottoms and 15 new tops plus three new suimsuits that I've already purchased at a smaller size. happiness.

THE PLAN TO GET MY HEALTH BACK

so basically if i eat 1800cals/d,  i stay my current weight. if i eat 500 cals less, that is 1300cals/d, I lose a pound per week. I already made up a nutritious diet that meets those goals: vegs in the am and fruits and nuts for the remainder of the day. but i really want to lose 2lbs per week so i have to squeeze in exercise daily. okay finally a concrete plan.

this actually works... i used myfitnesspal last summer to track this and lost i think 7-8 lbs or so in 6-7 weeks. good luck, etc.

i am gonna go for my annual soon, and hope my A1G and fasting stays normal, i ate a lot of sweet stuff last 3 months, so this will be a decent test indeed. i am not worried about cholesterol and all, have never had high triglycerides, but hope i don't see surprises there.

as of now, i am not overly worried about my weight. it's high but it's maintained there. i need to feel the motivation from within to do anything, which is not happening right now. i do try to eat sensibly whenever i can, and have restarted one cardio class, and LO and BEHOLD, i bought a small package for bikram yoga on groupon coz a friend of mine would not shut up about it... so ya, let's see where that takes me.

Thanks Pravu. With my fitbit, i know the calories that i am expending. It's doing all the work to give me the info. Now i need to work on the calorie input. I haven't done that yet. I need to work on it soon. With the stuff that i cook (mostly indian), i want to do my own calculations and have a chart of my own. Takes time and effort, but once the calorie count for the common food i make is done, it's going to be easy.
My target calorie input is 1000 cals. The target calorie output is 1800-2000 cals. I am able to hit 2000 on a good day, 1800 on an average day. i am happy with that. Will have to slowly increase that too.

Wow! you lost 3 pounds! Exceeded the target. Great! Congrats! I may have have more glitches the next coupla weeks. I am still sick, so may not be on track this week. The week after, i'm going on a vacation for a week to FL. That's a goner week. Sigh! As long as I don't put on any wt, i'll be happy.

135 here. 123 is the target.

I really doubt if either of these 130/135 figures are true. What is your best guess for the offset?
130 plus or minus 50. I will not be surprised if the paithiyakkari is above 200.
How do I know? Simple. People with 130 weight don't go on crash diets.

My son is into the same. He is adjusting diet, exercise, sleep, etc. He is seeing good results. He started one month ago.

The women who obsess over the scale generally eat sensibly and in moderation. In other words, a lifelong process. On the other hand, people who go on crash diets are invariably overwieght/fat. Not just 135 lbs trying to lose 2 lbs.

Counting calories like that is stressful and to put it simply idiotic and not sustainable. These are the people who put hte wieght back on in a hurry after achieving the goal.

Follow my principle. Eat whatever you want to eat.
