saw it too... too much violence for me... senseless killings too, a gory murder every 3 minutes... maybe men like such movies more. not my scene.

some parts were a bit too slow and therefore boring. it reminded me of george clooney's 'the american' which was similarly slow, albeit terribly boring on the whole. i enjoyed Drive but would have much preferred it w/ a faster pace.

or perhaps, i am overdosed on the actress carey mulligan. saw her very recently in 'never let me go', another slow-paced movie with the camera stalled on her face every 10 minutes. but then that was a terribly intense movie.
