The magnanimous Uttar Pradeshi

One feature of Uttar Pradeshis is that they are completely free of regionalism and regional chauvinism. Evidence for this is the fact that outside of India an Uttar Pradeshi will join an Indian association, but there is no such thing as an Uttar Pradeshi association. In contrast, telugus, tamils, maharashtrians, gujaratis, punjabis, bengalis, etc. have their own associations where membership is open to only people whose first language is telugu, bengali, etc. (or at least they should be married to a person whose first language is telugu, bengali, etc.).

Actually this feature (absence of regionalism and regional chauvinism) applies to all Indians whose first language is hindi. otherwise it is difficult to understand why there are no associations outside India catering to people whose first language is hindi.

You Hindians think Indiasn Association is Hindian association and behave as if you own it. That is why Tamils , Telugus, Malayalis form their independent Associations.

not just tamils, telugus, malayalis, but also bengalis, maharashtrians, gujaratis, etc. Uttar Pradeshis have a cosmopolitan mindset; they do not believe in regionalism and regional chauvinism. that is why there is no organization catering to uttar pradeshis.
on another note, could you check up whether tamils are members of caste based associations based outside india? like this one: http://yadavmahasabhausa.org/
