if you're a card working in india, you could probably get away with murder. he probably doesn't have a lot of patients, so low workload. in this instance discipline would be useful and finessing one's academic skills would be a far superior choice in life and for his patients. if he's just doing a few cathetrizations which i suspect is probably not all that difficult with some practice then it's really not that impressive. i dated a cardiologist once, i wasn't impressed.

to me, trixie, he looks like he's on steroids. he's too big and muscular. and he's too pale to be good-looking. i like how his hair flops all over the place though.

This guy was the hero in the movie "Kanna Laddu Thinna Asaiya..." Which was a big hit.

This guy acts in movies during holidays and breaks. There are some real smart actresses...with degrees from Vellore Inst of Technology and BITS Pilani, etc...
