He has two points:
1. Modi Govt wants to seize direct control over academic institutes in an unprecedented manner. He gives several examples of unwanted govt interference in academic institutes.
2. Modi Govt is slashing funds for health care and education. No country can become an industrial giant with an unhealthy and uneducated workforce.
