not sure whether this applies to all, globally; whatever one does, if one has internal pride in it, that does it all.

japanese and germans are good examples, IMO. I don't have the stats on their happiness index.

You probably would have guessed it. I knew all these and all my 3 jobs satisfy all these 5 criteria - including the minimum wage (although I am hoping the $15/hr movement will catch up in the NE and thus I will make a lot more).
