dogs bite people and spread rabies . the only people who profit from dog bites are doctors and pharma companies who get money from treating dog bite cases . if you take injection like rabipur for dog bite , the it costs rupees 400 per injection . and 5 injections have to be taken . can a poor man afford 2000 rupees for dog bite ?? in my opinion all stray dogs should be culled immediately !!

If there is no collar then it must be stray.
