thats little money to raise 5 kids. why not spend that money to educate muslims so they don't have more kids than they can support.

If someone pays to raise kids, then the kids will get educated and then have only 1 or 2 kids. Defeats the whole purpose of beating "enemies" past their 24.2% growth.

What determines the fertility rate? Essentially, the education of the mother and family income. The three are obviously related — poor, uneducated families tend to have more children. So an important and defining way to look at the higher population growth rate of Muslims is to view it as a reflection of their relative poverty.

So what Shiv sena should do is to sanction Rs 50,000 per muslim family that sends sll their kids to "non-Madrasa" schools and free education for all muslim kids. No one can criticize that bcz it is so caring about muslims, the poor, and their welfare - the ultimate slogan of all seculars. But, it will achieve the real objectoive of Shiv Sena of brining down the muslim growth rate and population.
