I think the national flag should be flown ulta so that it has GREEN on TOP and Saffron at the bottom. They should also inacribe Vande Matsaram on the white stripe, Saya mevajayate oe the saffron atripe and Allah O Akbar over the green band.

that will likely prevent desecration of flag by the Country's Elite minority.
