The Lipstick Story

Usually, I do makeup on different traffic stops on the way to work. Nothing drastic, just lipstick-powder and hair if down that day.
Sometimes, I don't get to do it, either because the traffic stops weren't long enough, or I am in some other thoughts, or, like today, I came via different route as my original route has way too much construction going on.
Regardless, in situations like these, I finish it up in the parking lot at work.
Same was the case today. Parked my car, raised up the vanity mirror, and began applying lipstick.
Checked in the mirror, a rugged handsome come of his car on the other side. Denim jeans, light blue loose shirt, slight stubble, and grays done as highlights on top of impressive locks. No fat or flab anywhere. I am like, 'mmmm who is this guy, never saw him before'.
And before you know it, the lipstick had left the upper lip.
*still cleaning red mustache*
*groan*

You wear red lipstick to work? Not with black clothes I hope.

maroon to be precise and a dark blue top. I keep a bunch of shades in my purse. from light purple, to different shades of pink, to maroon, to bronze. Put them on depending on the mood. Sometimes mix them up, or top with tinted lip gloss.
I even keep the crazy dark purple one that I had accidently bought over internet. The idea was to buy a long lasting one for a vacation. Turned out to be such horrible color lol, nothing like what they showed in the pics. Older and I did a lot of vampire like shoots in it. I still packed it for the trip and used it too lol, inspite of protests from XH. Would mute it with lighter shades. It did keep its promise though. Would lighten up by the end of the day and not look so bad. Pic below:

Oh you cleaned up nice. Wait. They are your lips, yea?
On my phone it's looking brown. I imagined it a totally different shade of red when I red your post earlier.
Lol@ vampire photoshoot. Daughters are fun at all ages. When they're small you can deck them. When they're older you can do photo shoots n shopping n all kinds if fun things with them.
I'm going as red riding hood this year. You?
Purple I'm so scared of right now. I've seen two girls let go after I complimented them on their purple nail polish. Same shade too! Freaky October.

no that's the bad purple color from our photo shoot. guess it's not clear. I had clicked another photo with darkest purple lips and hair all over my face, can't find it on phone or else would have posted that. this is the only one I had in my whatsapp cache.
