Congress had a flurry of high level meetings in the past two weeks. Those who hoped for clues to a solution were disappointed. Congress could not decide on which way to go. If T state is given, KCR will be the star. Coastal and seema will be devastated.

Another possibility suggested is that Congress leaders have decided on a strategy and are using this period to prepare the ground work to announce the decision at an appropriate time (???).
A package of economic incentives and change in AP leadership with CM going to T person. This was an old trick that may not do the trick but who knows.

By the time this agitation is over, HYD and AP may be damaged goods. AP may fall back to its also ran status of the past. Sad to see it happen.
