Abu Kawsar, owner of the Standard Hospital of Total Healthcare where the baby was born by Cesarean section, said initial tests showed she only has one set of vital organs. "Except for having two heads, the newborn has the rest of her organs and limbs like a normal newborn," Kawsar told AFP.

This is sad... wonder what life will be for this kid(s).

This is sad... wonder what life will be for this kid(s).
well, what it means is that the family was unable to afford prenatal care and so will likley be unable to take care of the baby. ship her to india, we will build her a temple.
