Of course..isn't it obvious. This is the place he gauges the reaction to his 'Work" and goes back to his regional HQ in Hubli for his next Friday mission.

Notice how he does not mention the word iSlamic terrorism as there is no terrorism in iSlam and there is only Jihad. He is paying atmost respect to the iSlamic terminology.
