As New Delhi buzzes with speculation about changes in several ministries, senior members of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and a close aide to Modi said some changes could come early next year but the talent pool was too shallow to engineer a major revamp.

Contrast this with the Cong(iSlam). There will be a long line to take up any position - repeat any ministerial position. Bcz the only criterion is how much money they can make and kick back to Sicialian Mafiasi.

Everyone is afraid to become a minister in Modi cabinet as it will hit their "pocket money" and they will be required to really work.
