BJP was in govt from 1998 to 2004 and it is BJP govt. Why can't they publish findings officially to let people decide the facts for themselves.

My understanding is that it is an established fact that muslim invaders destroy local worship symbols (temples) and on many of those symbols built mosques as a mark of their supremacy. They have done this in many countries. They were particularly nasty in Indian sub continent as hindus are ultra idol worshippers.

Why do you think well known historians like Irfan Habib think Indian's can be hoodwinked about about Babri masjid being built on top of a hindu temple? It is widely believed irrespective of facts that babri majid is built on hindu temple. So why hide the fact? what is the benefit? In any case, why is holding the facts back now? Just Irfan Habib? Is he so powerful that RSS cannot get its word out?

Is the archaeological report under seal in some Indian court?

Irfan Habib openly admitted in one of the NDTV seminar that he can be considered a marxist. To call that opinion maker as a historian is itself wrong. Taking that guy's word as a word of Historian is a cruel Joke. The temple structure was destroyed in 1992. All the events mentioned in the article happened before and clearly mentions the role by this fake historian Irfan Habib who created the AIBMAC and egged them on to block the efforts to restore the temple that was destroyed.

Unkil, you forgot to mention the CONgoon-leftist conspiracy to hide the truth about the Shiva temple - Tejo Mahalaya - which was demolished by Shahjahan to build the Taj Mahal on top.

Now that we have the first Hindu ruler in 800 years, I hope valiant Hindu warriors will bring back that glorious ek-dhakka-aur-do slogan to demolish that infernal Taj Mahal and restore our glorious temple in its place. Mandir wahin banayenge. Har har Mahadev!
