why is Owaisi coming to Uttar Pradesh to campaign just before an important bi-election (and thereby try and split the muslim vote) in which BJP is getting its riot accused leaders to campaign? is there a secret understanding between Owaisi and BJP? is BJP funding Owaisi?

Mim is not in alliance with Congress or trs. It thinks old city is Muslim country and hence it can behave like psalm jehadis. This is not the first time mim beat Congress leaders. They thrashed ysr civil supplies minister who came to check a ration shop.

People support bjp because of the thughish behavior of mim.

BJP and TDP know that campaigning in the Old City area is a waste of time. So, they didn't go there.
