....Kaenaiya caseS, Kareena-husband divorce case, Mallya caseS....

These are all frivolous cases and Clerk in the SC should not even allow these cases. Looks like it is now a Status symbol to run to the SC for any case. Imagine the kind of cases the highcourts must be dealing with.. No wonder there are crores of pending cases from 1850.
