Christians have their alliance (NATO) and monomaniacs are planning on having their own. So, when will Kafirs/heathen (India-China-Japan) form their own?

Pakistan has been entrusted to develop the framework for the proposed military alliance of 34 Muslim-majority nations.

Here lies the problem. Pakistan will try to hijack this alliance for its own personal agenda against India - and nothing else.

It is not a bad thing. This alliance will exclude Iran. Pakistan shares a border with Iran and has its own headaches in Baluchistan which borders Iran and has its own Shia problem. So if Pakistan wants more of a headache, they should go for it.

Turkey is not part of the EU, guruvu-gaaru.

US knows all about Pakisatan and he reason it wants to keep it on its side with frequent bread crumbs so that it can twist its arm in case of any trouble with China, Iran or even some future ISIS-Al-Queda controlled Saudi/Kuwait/Iraq.

US knows India can deal with Pakis any day and it cannot afford to send the 7th fleet to India with so much economic connections.
