Yasmina also shared her simple beauty regime, which consists of regular exercise, organic food and rapeseed oil.
She told the magazine: 'I scrub my skin once a week with olive oil and sugar. I eat an avocado a day and organic meat and fish.'
She said it was important not to over exercise and tries to avoid taking medicine, instead using natural remedies.

This woman is nothing compared to Annette Larkins. Her secrect? Unprocessed and uncooked fruits, vegetables, nuts and sprouts. Watch the video (i think i shared it with you once before). She was 70 when that video was made.  She's amazing!!
