life is scary Empty life is scary

There is a type of scare when your kids are young but in front of your eyes. and then there is a type of scare when they are older and NOT in front of your eyes. I am too young to be having all sorts of heart attacks.

I think I am going to live in fear the rest of my life. Or will it get better?
