** she has no control over (other people's) expectations, but has complete control over how she dresses and how she looks. her assumptions about other people's expectations - they are only assumptions - and how she dresses to meet those assumptions are backward, primitive, and sexist. so are yours.

** she and you are not credible. at one point recently, she estimated that the net utility of complaining about it is posiitive. her estimate is not necessarily correct.

...i have no idea about the show or who these people are though - just a general statement.
