.....KCR takes a dip in Krishna river and visits Jogulamba's temple. He starts the Telangana version of Krishna pushkaraalu and blames AndhrOllu for neglecting Telangana temples......

I was in India when he did his ayuta chandi yagam. The guy seems to be obsessed with religious rites (and the injustices perpetrated by andhrollu.) He knows his constituents very well though, they love him for both of his obsessions.

People who know him well told me that KCR reads a lot and comes up with his party's strategy. Andhrollu was not an accident. 

He is at the prime of his political power and is probably the most politically secure leader in India at this time.

I heard that he is sincere in trying to do some good. It is true that temples in Telangana were neglected (except for Yadagiri Gutta and Bhadrachalam). Vemulavada, Jogulamba, Basar, etc., deserve more attention. Apparently, his son KTR is quite active and well liked.
