What a story... Would be interesting to see who the board members were when this happened:
When Chahal was charged with 45 felonies involving Kakish, the RadiumOne board supported its CEO and founder. The arrest came at a sensitive time, because the company was trying to go public and preparing for a “bake-off”—finance lingo for a process in which a company seeks investment bankers to underwrite an IPO. According to emails between the board members, the RadiumOne board was concerned that a conviction in the domestic violence case for Chahal could derail the process because of SEC requirements involving disclosure of criminal records.
The board could have jettisoned its CEO; instead, it saved him. Some members, the emails make clear, bought into the notion—eventually advanced by Chahal—that the criminal charges were part of an extortion plot. At the very least, sources say and documents show, they didn’t appear to take the domestic violence charges seriously.

A typical northindian scumbag. Isn't he from the state where "honor killings" are common? Maybe his lawyer can plead insanity caused by genetic makeup and get him out.
IIRC, his family got into the US and sought asylum to escape so called "persecution" in India. He should be deported after serving his time.

How did you arrive at the NorthIndian scumbag conclusion?
There was a case of a south Indian involved in multiple harassment situations (INFY). Does that mean all SIs including you should be described with the same broad brush?

I can't be bothered to do a google search but look up the number of honor killings in Punjab vs any of the southern states.

These naarthies bring their violent culture to wherever they go. Just remind yourself how many honor killing cases you have read about in the north american continent involving naarthies vs how many involved southies. The Infy guy was accused of sexual advances. He didn't beat up any of those women. He is similar in nature to Bill Clinton, who exploited his position of power to seduce/coerce women into sleeping with him.
