Why not amend the Indian constitution?

What is wrong in amending the Indian constitution to rotate the PM post on caste/religion basis?
Every election, the job should be rotated to people belonging to the following categories
1. Dalit
2. OBC
3. Religious Minority
4. Other
For example, if the previous PM was a Dalit, then the new PM should belong to the OBC community.
This will avoid the country being under the stranglehold of being ruled by one particular family forever.
Caste politics is a reality. I think the country will be better off by letting the formerly oppressed people like Mayawathi rule than a foreigner like Sonia Gandhi pulling the striongs.
Regarding the religious minority, there are really efficient administrators like A.K. Antony who can be a good PM. Also real patriots like P.N. Sangma from Meghalaya who is a Christian and opposed fiercely Sonia becoming the PM is also a good candidate. There could be a few Muslims who fit the bill.

Rather than that, amend the constitution so that no foreign born person could hold the offices of the President and Prime Minister and that no one can hold those offices for more than two full terms or 10 yrs.

Yes.....great idea...that way Rahul ji, Soniambaal, Priyanka ji, her husband ji, can take turns to be PM of India until Priyanaka ji's prince ji can take over.
