Do you accept the premise behind that map? I have a comment and a couple of questions. That's a lot of land area that's red. But land isn't people, a point that's been made repeatedly.
And now the q. In what way has attention not been paid to them? If anything they hold disproportionate electoral power. They're just perpetually angry because we refuse to accept the premise that rural and heartland voters are more virtuous simply on account of being rural or heartland.
