sleep pillow
as in ... the app.
I have something in the heating of my house, the moment it kicks off, a tak tak tak sound goes. NO ONE but me hears it. I am helluva light sleeper, so you can imagine the sleepless night I been going through.
solution - sleep pillow app. I had downloaded it long ago, and used it just once. Out of desperation though, I turned to it again. I use the first option of river/water sound, and it effectively drowns all other noises, but is not distracting. First night I used it, I passed out for the whole night. Now, I do periodically wake up coz of something or the other (that's just me being a light sleeper), but go back to sleep within 1 second of hearing this.

Looks like a good device to try on Paki rangers at LoC just before surgical strikes.

Good for you, thanks for sharing. Also, have you looked into the connection between full moon and sleeplessness?

hmm dunno.. I did a quick google about some caveman internal bio clock. guess the last full moon was nov 13th, and next is dec 13th. and my worst week was end of nov.
I just am a light sleeper (not always though). even as a kid, when sis and I used to share a room, and she used to come in late at night, I would almost always raise my head to ack it. She used to hate it, coz she could never play a late night prank on me.
Just last week, I woke up screaming from a dream. In the dream, I was in my room late at night, and it was dark. Suddenly my room door opens and 2-3 people walk in, a woman and two men, shouting at me to move and sit in a corner, indicating clearly they were burglars. Then they flashed some red laser at me. I got very scare and tried to get out of the bed and fell down. Then I tried to alert XH. So I screamed, but you know how you can't scream in dreams. So in my dream I said XXXXXXXXXX, and then I woke up, but continued screaming, thus finishing with a highly stifled sounding HHHHHHHHHHHH. Then I opened my eyes and saw red light flashing on the window curtains. It was just the cops doing their 2 am round.

Give the Indian soldiers headsets and pump in bangra dance music. That will keep them awake.silvermani wrote:But wouldn't the same sound make Indian soldiers also fall asleep saar?Vakavaka Pakapaka wrote:Looks like a good device to try on Paki rangers at LoC just before surgical strikes.
