When Modi changed the CONmen's insecure policy on China.......
......China noticed the change. Is Trump trying to formulate a similar change in the "one China" policy?

Re: When Modi changed the CONmen's insecure policy on China.......
From the article:
New Delhi’s reaction was uncharacteristically swift and punitive, suspending all forms of bilateral military ties and joint exercises. When Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao visited New Delhi in December 2010, for the first time India refused to acknowledge the One-China policy in a joint statement with China. Beijing, New Delhi signaled, would have to recognize Indian sovereignty over Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh if it wanted India’s consent on the One-China policy. “The ball is in their court. There is no doubt about that,” explained Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao at the time.
Now, I know Modi has superpowers. But does that include time travel?

Yes, China is truly taunted by Modi.

It was a Washington Post's article that NDTV re-posted (unedited). I checked to see if Wen visited India in 2010. He did. So, did MMS change India's position? Interesting.....

I think the original article was from Foreign Policy magazine.

It is true that Modi is unable to change China's support to Pakis (should not be surprising). In the long run, if India develops the muscle, China will back off. The Paki concubine will be abandoned by Chinaman when there is no strategic need. So, you and Carvaka should advise Modi to build the military, economic and strategic muscle to stand up to China.Hellsangel wrote:Yes, China is truly taunted by Modi.

Re: When Modi changed the CONmen's insecure policy on China.......
China and India will always be at loggerheads; it is unavoidable given the shared, disputed border and the competition for global resources and markets. So China will try to cultivate India's neighbors: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka as ways to "contain" India. India should return the favor. This is exactly why India is strengthening its relationship with Vietnam, Mongolia, Japan and South Korea. Indian Navy held joint exercises with Vietnam in the South China Sea soon after the incidents mentioned in the article you posted, and now we are doing it along with the US and Japan as well.
