There is no law against wiretapping non Americans. It is however good practice to not spy on one's friends. Wire tapping American citizens on the other hands is illegal.

Thee is no law against being a shady, backstabbing asshole. Wiretapping another country's head of state falls into that category IMO. This is not the cold war era. This is the era of peace with Obama having received the nobel prize for it. There is no need to spy on a visiting head of state.

Also this is what is called changing the subject. Let's get back to the original question of the times shall we -- where is the evidence that Obama stooped to issue a "wire tapp [sic] of Trump's phones"?

It is NOT a changing of the subject. When the Trump wiretap news broke out, I had posted that Obama has a history of tapping phones, Angela Merkel's being an example. So instead of being outraged at Trump's claim, Obama supporters need to pause and think that there might be a possibility he tapped Trump's phones.
