Never in recent memory has a key minister, armed with his IIT armory, promised so much and delivered so little.

The bastard author loses all credibility early on in the article when he wrote the above and there is no point in reading the rest of his article. Seriously? The author has a really short and blind memory. The honor for the above statement goes to Khujliwal, who actually got a quota admission to IIT, not a merit-based one!
