Sanctuary cities should be used as a mechanism to lure illegals in before rounding them up and shipping them back. It is utter stupidity and a slap in the face for legal immigrants to create these so called sanctuaries and allow illegals to live a comfortable life with Spanish language instruction in schools, food stamps, free medical care and what not.
