cheese Empty cheese

having grown up with just amul cheese, which i liked only on given days, you can say that learning to like most other forms was a long process. Especially when you enter a country with the misconception that people are obese here coz of cheese.

but boy, do i love it now. Especially since last 2-3 years. Last year we went to europe, and seriously would sometimes just have a cheese platter for a meal. Just like music, you can say I am an illiterate lover of cheese. As in, I just love most varieties of it, the whole range, but have never stopped to learn the types, classifications, origins, etc. Or even if i do, it's not one of the main things i think of when i am picking up a piece. I still don't like american cheese that much though.

slowly it's almost becoming a part of my daily diet.
