A ridiculous article after the dems just got told that they lost the presidential election because of running a very centrist candidate.

Obama bailed out Wall st banks and the auto industry. The farthest thing from a socialist. And for a socialist, the very capitalist stock market seems to have loved him. Noam Chomsky calls Obama and Clinton Republican lite. And these guys call him a socialist. So I think he was just right.

I have come to recognize that "working class voters" in articles like these is code for lower middle class white voters. Most working class hispanic and black voters who voted in 2016 voted for Clinton. So one has to conclude there were other forces at work.

Mark Penn served as pollster and senior adviser to Bill and Hillary Clinton from 1995 to 2008. Andrew Stein is a former Manhattan borough president and New York City Council president.

I don't care who they are. The facts don't support the hypothesis and the conclusions.

By the way in a different era, the Eisenhower era, Bernie and Warren would be called Republicans. It's the GOP that has moved to the far far right. That doesn't mean democrats should move further right. We don't need a moderate Republican party and a far right Republican party. Maybe the guys who wrote this should join the GOP. The GOP can certainly use them.

What a load of nonsense. Three strikes law was one of the reasons for blacks disliking Clinton. Hillary has paid for her husband's goof up.
