Court forced tamil Nau to provide free land and infrastructure to Hindi-imposing Navodaya school. The eminent and reknown author asks Why did not the court ask the school not to teach Hindi? In other words, instead of asking Tamil Nadu to abandon its two-language formula, ask central government to abandon its three-language formula."
Author is of the opinion that amendment to the constitution is needed to protect the language rights of all the people.
Since the constitution cannot be amended on language issue, the way to escape Hindi imposition is for non-hindi states to get out of the Indian Union and form their own federal union of states or separate countries.

Agreed.
It is better to get out of the colonial Indian Union. It is easy for non resident Tamils / Kannadigas / Telugus etc. to disassociate from anything concerned with "Hindia". They should not join or support any "Hindian" association or causes and have their own separate associations.
Non resident Tamils should take the lead in this aspect.
