.......KCR has started a program to give sheep to the needy among the sheep herding community in Telangana. Extremely Sickular sheep herders in Telangana and Andhra are cooperating with each other to milk the scheme. KCR's govt gives sheep to a Telangana family and the family sells the sheep to agents in Andhra. These agents in turn sell the sheep back to KCR's govt for further distribution. By now, these sheep must be familiar with the route and they probably spontaneously move from KCR to sheep herders, to Andhra fellows, back to KCR and then to the Telangana sheep herders.....
