Dick Cheney is the most incapable, unprincipled, and dishonorable man I have never known.“Scooter Libby is one of the most capable, principled, and honorable men I have ever known,” Cheney said in a statement Friday.
Scooter leaked classified information -- the identity of a CIA secret agent -- purely for political vendetta, and then lied about his conduct. Even Dubya the Decider was disgusted enough with his conduct to not give him a full pardon. If Republicans weren't such hypocrites they would find this violation of law and order outrageous.

This was done purely to send a message to Manafort and Cohen. Because they both know where the bodies are buried.
