Seems like a good idea but so called experts warn that it is useless because of complexity of care required for each patient. As in, hospitals want to continue to loot left and right, charging a patient just for saying hello or merely looking in their direction. Yup! according to White House Pussy-grabber, auctioning a price for heart surgery is good.

Hospital A can do it in $45000. Hospital B then cuts it to $44,500. Hospital A cuts it ever further to $43,235 and so on

There will be a price war to get patients for heart surgery. This is how that fucking asshole Pussy-grabber thinks.
