scraping at the last morsel

trying to lose 5-7 pounds of weight (water weight only obviously), for a big date Saturday... read up on google on the hows, etc. No or very little salt, no or very little starch, big serving of watermelon, fibers, yogurt, unsalted nuts, legs raised, etc... the usual stuff google tells us.

luckily today i had only packed a pear and a banana for food. Ate the banana but realized it won't sustain me. So went out in the lunch break and got lowest sodium flavored yogurt that i could find.

So now, that pear and that little cup of yogurt is my entire meal. Ate the yogurt very slowly, and, since i am in public i can't run my finger through the cup and lick it (oh i can very well do that in private), was literally scraping with the spoon, as silently as possible, whatever pink color i could see around the cup...

oh well, hope i can carry it through for 3 days, and hope i lose all the excess water... don't wanna look all preggo with gigantic legs in a dress.

thanks Seva, although i didn't realize what i have posted until I saw your reply. it's more of a big day, and not a romantic date where i am meeting an uncle somewhere to see how we connect, etc. I haven't gone on one of those in years, nor will I in the future as i see it.
