The administration has favored the first link over the later links in the chain. The net effect helps neither American manufacturing nor national security.”

Any competent economist knows that what Trump is doing is bad for the American economy. But there are just enough mean-spirited idiots in this country to enable him.

One thing you can always count on trumptards for: no opinions on policy. Politics for these guys is not about policy and what works and what doesn't; politics is a team sport, all that matters is whether the team they are rooting for wins.

It's as if the economic pain people feel has nothing to do with the policy of the administration. Only the bad thoughts from the perceived enemies cause pain.

Trumptards probably think Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are now liberals, because they are breaking with Trump on the tariff policy.
