To push the crime rate below one percent for the rest of the year, the New Founding Fathers of America test a sociological theory that vents aggression for one night in one isolated community. But when the violence of oppressors meets the rage of the others, the contagion will explode from the trial-city borders and spread across the nation.

not sure why i went to watch it... guess i got interested in the social experiment part of it, which was there and somewhat interesting, but highly limited in scope before it went on to the plot twists and then the unnecessary violence which was the point of the movie i guess. It's ok, meh. Wasn't that bad as the lead guy was good to look at, and i liked whatever comedy relief that was there. Although with Movie Pass's peak pricing model, i should have just saved my extra $4.50.
