A 9th grade kid slashing the throat of a teacher!

I wont be surprised if this kid's parents are of "Telungu" (n in the word is intentional) origin. or will be somehow connected to AP because in AP slashing of throat and pouring acid are THE culture. Right?

Doesn't matter - anywhere, be it Bihar, UP, Madras, AP, ... it should be condemned and a commitment for strong action should be forthcoming (security for future, deterring punishment, formally teaching what's right and wrong, and anything else that's positive - all in combination).

It is a Catholic institution. Kids there are supposed to be disciplined and well behaved.
I think the monster may be mentally ill, must be due to some bicochemical imbalance.

The boy, 15-year-old Mohammed Irfan, son of a daily labourer, has been taken to custody but the exact motive behind the killing is yet to be clearly ascertained.
"The boy came with a knife wrapped in a paper," a policeman investigating the case said.
