hey guys,

what happened to the dharun ravi case? i caught a bit of it when i saw a new yorker lying outside but it was a very long article, "the story of a suicide."

so RD rejected all the plea bargains. i don't think he's a citizen so he could be deported, but it appears that he did not put up a sex video of clementi and all. and he may have been a truly mean guy with a webcam but not a homophobe. anyhow what is going on in that case? and what do you think of RD and what sort of punishment is appropriate for him.

it's worrisome...cuz no doubt this guy is cruel but he is also stupid but if he did not act out of hate then he should not be charged for it...really scary guy though.

He is not a citizen. He could be deported if he lost the case.

The idiot rejected the plea bargain which included offers like no jail time and and an effort to prevent him from deportation.
