Does anyone know what "rajabasha" means? Do you know if constitution's hindi translation calls hindi "rajabasha"?

i have been to chennai airport several times. i have never seen any such photo. Tamil Tribune is an unreliable and worthless rag and one should not be surprised if Dr Nalankilli photoshopped the photograph in his zeal to arouse hatred for hindi.

It is all very simple, really. I am quite disappointed that you could not understand this and seriously question your tamil credentials.

Raja = King/Ruler aka Thalaivar Rajini
Baasha = Of course, you know who Manick Baasha is. Thalaivar again. Basha is used cleverly here, to refer to Rajini as well as "bashai". In the cryptics world, such clues are indicated by "& Lit."

All it means is that everyone in TN should always think of Rajinikanth and speak his language.

Examples:

Naan solrathaiyum seiven, sollathathiyum seiven – I will do what I say, I will also do what I don’t say.

Naan oru dhadavai sonna nooru dhadavai sonna madhiri.– If i say it once, I’ve said it a hundred times.
