This year I want to do a bit of buying and selling. Nothing crazy, just a few trades.

Sold all my HGSI stocks a few days back when the stock jumped up on takeover rumors. Bought 1500 of MT at $16.07.

Anyone have any short-term or long-term recos? What are some good ETFs that track real estate in emerging markets...anyone know?

I sold HGSI at 14.20 for 100% profit and bought 1000 more MT at 16. will keep buying it if it falls below 17...easy 50% on that stock for sure.
